Delivery Terms & Conditons

At SRU Insulation, we strive to accommodate your needs with flexible delivery options, including same-day and next-day deliveries when possible. Please note that these expedited services may incur additional charges.

Christmas Times
Please note our Christmas closure dates and important delivery information:

• The office will close for the festive break on Friday, 20th December at 4:00pm and return to work on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
• Web shop will remain open, and all orders will be processed on our return on Thursday 2 January 2025.
• We will be monitoring emails, but replies might be delayed.

Deliveries

• Please place your orders of items kept inhouse by 12:00 (midday) on Wednesday 18th December for deliveries up until Friday 20th December and for deliveries on the 7th January 2025.
• Please note, there will be no deliveries from Saturday 21st December until Friday 3rd January 2025.

Collections

• To ensure your orders are ready, please place them by 10:00am on Tuesday 17th December.
• The last collection will be at 12.00pm on Friday 20th December 12:00pm.

Additional Charges

• Certain products may require an extra carriage charge. For details, please contact us at 020864 82549.
• Deliveries to specific postcodes may fall outside our standard delivery area and could attract additional fees.
• Postcodes included are Highlands & Islands, NI & Eire, AB, DD, PH
   

Delivery Procedure

• All items are delivered to the curb side, and it is necessary for someone to be present to sign for the delivery.
• In the event of a required redelivery, additional charges will apply.
   

Damages and Concerns

• Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any damage directly to the delivery driver.
• If you have any concerns about the condition of your delivered items, contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
   

International and National Delivery
We offer delivery services throughout the UK and can arrange for deliveries to other countries upon request.
 

Collections

• In addition to our London location, we now offer collections at our new warehouse in Dorset. This provides you with more flexibility in how you receive your orders.
• Collection addresses:
  • London: 32 Kimpton Road, Sutton, SM3 9QW
  • Dorset: Unit C – E, The Ferns, Back Lane, Kingston, Dorset, DT10 2DT
• Specify your preferred collection location and ETA when placing your order.
• Collections must be pre-arranged to ensure your items are ready and available when you arrive.
