Returns & Refund Policy

Right to Cancel
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within seven working days from the day after the delivery of the item.
 

Refund Details
If you withdraw from your purchase within this seven-day cooling-off period due to reasons other than an error on our part, we will process your refund as follows:

• If you are returning an item from a larger order, we will refund the specific per-item delivery charge.
• If you are returning an entire order, we will refund the per-item delivery charges as well as the overall delivery charge that you incurred.
• If we need to collect an item from you, we may charge you the cost of collection.

Late Returns
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item's cost. Please note that bespoke and custom-made products, such as curtains, are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please inform us within 1 working days of delivery. We will refund the cost of delivery and cover the costs of returning the item to us. All items returned under these circumstances will be inspected by SRU Insulation or our agents. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item and recover any fees and expenses incurred from you.
