Pricing
Prices online may differ from those in our showroom due to exclusive discounts available to online customers. SRU Insulation reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice due to changes in costs from manufacturers and suppliers.
 

Deliveries and Collections Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made as curb side drops. Please ensure at least one individual is available to accept deliveries, as drivers do not carry items inside any properties.
• A preferred delivery date can be specified during the order process, though this cannot always be guaranteed.
• Confirm delivery dates upon order confirmation.
• Do not schedule tradespeople until your goods have arrived and have been inspected. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to late or unsuitable deliveries.
• Delivery dates are estimates. SRU Insulation is not liable for losses due to delivery delays. Risk passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
• Additional carriage charges may apply for certain products, especially those ordered directly from manufacturers or delivered via pallet network. If applicable, we will notify you post-order to decide whether to proceed or cancel.
• Most Orders over £5,000 (excl. VAT) qualify for free delivery in England, Wales & Scotland. 
   

Standard Terms of Delivery

• All deliveries must be signed for, with no exceptions.
• A £55.00 + VAT charge applies for redeliveries.
• Ensure reasonable access for delivery vehicles to avoid additional charges.
• Deliveries are curb side only; ensure two individuals are present to accept goods.

Returns

• 7-day return policy for unused and undamaged stock, subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the sales value. Carriage costs are non-refundable.
• Special orders for non-showroom stock are non-refundable.
   

Risk
Risk in the goods transfers to the purchaser upon delivery and receipt.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

• Report issues immediately upon delivery. We cover return shipping costs for items damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error.
• Items will be inspected upon return; if no fault is found, we may recharge the costs and fees to the purchaser.
   

Tax Charges

• A 20% VAT is applied to orders within the UK.
